skimmer question... more issues.

Ive never had more issues with a skimmer in my life, geez. Reef Octopus bh-100. I did a water change the other day and for the first time the bubbles and water level arent any where near where they use to be. I thought it just needed to be re-broken in.. but its still the same and not skimming at all. Any thoughts?

maybe you got it all? ha... my reef octopus sometimes doesn't prime the air. I'm not sure if its a pump issue or what. It happens most after changes/start ups and i just block in intake for a second or two and it starts bubbling normal again. I have also had the pump get too close to a wall in my sump if i twist the skimmer by accident when taking off the cup.

Ah ok the intake is closer to the wall ill try moving it over. Thanks.
