Now that i got this great new skimmer... i have to either buy/build a new sump due to air bubbles....any way i can muffle my return,,,, pls help

If you have an internal pump for return, you can put it in a container such as a bucket or rubbermaid unit. This will force water to come over the top of the container thus pushing the microbubbles to the surface.
