Small critters in my tank...Good or Bad?

I was feeding my tank today and I noticed these fast moving multi-legged shirmp looking critters grabbing food pieces. No way to get a picture, to fast and to tiny. I do have 3 cleaner shrimp in my tank, maybe they actually had hatching eggs and these guys are leaving in the cracks and holes in my rock, but then again it is an invasion and my entire tank is about to be totally torn apart by these guys.

I know this is not much to go on, but maybe somebody has an idea what these guys are or have a photo for me to go by.

Please ask me any questions and I will try to answer them.

what he said. actually had my flame angel pick up one and eat it right in front of me when i first introduced her.... now they only come out at night lol

I thought mysis was a freshwater shrimp haha guess not. How hard would it be to get some and breed them in my tank for food?

I have mysis swimming around in my overflow. Never see 'em in the display part
