Snail ID please

Can anyone ID this snail for me please. I want to know if it's safe or not.

Looks like a stomatella. If it is, they're fine.

It has a shell that looks like half of a clam shell. It's got long antenna's as well. I hope that helps more.

stomatellas are great! It's a shame you can't buy them. I've heard of them replicating in plague proportions but, never seen it myself. If they do breed, sell them. Ugly but wonderful night cleaners.

Wow, I didn't know that they were good cleaners. I was worried that they would be harmful. I have 2 that I can see at the moment.

yeah i have 5 or 6 in my tank..came in some cheatoh i had before i got rid of it...i see them at night mostly inside my korellia 425..they love it there

I have tons!! Great cleaners. They do reproduce quite fast but when they clean and eat like they do who cares.
