I don't have a photograph, but for the last several months I've noticed a population of snails in the my tank that only appear at night. Thera are about half-the-size of a pencil eraser and not too conical...but flatter. I don't believe they are detrimental - but am curious about their identity.

Anyone know?

Thanks,

John

Stomatella, perhaps?

More a slug than a snail, only a tiny portion of a shell near the head.

No these are not stomatellas...wish they were. They are distinctly snails.
