Specs for new 100g build

I'm looking to move up to a 100 gallon tank. Here's what I think I want based upon the research I have done. I would have about 1" of sand along with live rock, and obviously add the live stock over several months. Any feedback appreciated:

I think the chocolate chip starfish is not reef safe.
