What is best to use to spot feed coral(food not tools). I have certain things that i would like to try this with such as Frogspawn, zoas and palys. Just looking to give them a little boost of energy to help with growth. As far as lighting goes here it is before i get asked.... i have 2 dual PC actinics and 1 175 watt 20k Mh Bulb. Thanks for the help.

My frogspawn, hammer, and bubble coral love mysis shrimp. Zoas and palys usually have their food stolen by my cleaner and peppermint shrimps, so if you have any shrimp, shoot them some food first and try to keep them busy.

Some of my larger palys will eat mysis too. If I put a piece in there, they close up all around it, and when they re open, it's gone.

I give the CBS a shrimp pellet and then feed the coral Reef Chili every couple days. I recently started using Reef Chili and so far i really like it. I get a good feeding response and polyp extension from the softies and stonies with it.
