SPS experts need ID help

This is a two part ?. First off got this Acro from a lfs bought a month ago. Tonight was looking at it and seen this little guy chillin (trapeziid crab?) . Seen others in the past but they were more easily Id'd as symbiotic crabs never seen this one B4. Also this Acro is purple tipped will it with care grow more purple or will it stay just purple tipped? Thanks in advance

The acro doesn't look healthy at all...

Hasn't change at all in color or anything since brought home. It was out of my tank when took pic though
