Just received an order of 2 refrigerated bottles of ocean nutrition foods from Saltwater Aquarium.Com. The temp of the ice packs was 82+ degrees. They are not responding to any communication until they open on Monday. Anybody else have this type of experience from them.

I’ve always had great experience with them. I assume they will make it right.
This is my hope
My acrylic top order was delayed due to the 115 degree heat and the vendor would not ship until the temps came down. There is a certain amount that these vendors can't control, assuming a package is reasonably packed, once it is released to the shipper. I hope you get what you need.
Should prob change the thread title to A+ Saltwateraquarium.com or something along those lines.
