strange little visitor

Our tank has been running/cycling since monday we put our live rock in there and apparently picked up a "hitchiker" which I have identifyed as a white fan worm but maybe i am wrong little see throught brown guy with tenicles, my question is is he friend or foe?

I hated to do it but a needle an lemon juice and the little guy is in the aquarium in the sky shame though before i knew he was like the head lice of the saltwater world i was excited, which proves we have ALOT to learn

Since i was wrong about my little vistor are there any opinions on feather worms they are pretty but are they practical

Have several of them scattered all over my tank. They are pretty cool and not a problem at all. Matter of fact, they are sign of good water chemistry.
