I found a strawberry shortcake Acro colony that look's a bit faded. I wanted to get your guys personal opinion on it. It looks super faded, but I am told if you give it time it will show some color within a month. I plan on putting in high in my tank. I have T5's which also brings me concern if it is strong enough to keep it thriving. Also it will have moon lights on it at night so it will have lighting at all times. Check out the photo, its going for $180 no color. Supposedly with color above $300.00. So, if I take the gamble I get it for much cheaper.

From the bad picture, it looks very bleached out. I wouldn't spend 180 on it. I would rather spend 300 for something healthy than 180 for something that is on its way out. When you moved it to another system, that would stress the coral even more and possibly tipped it over the edge.

I would have a hard time paying half of that.....
Any coral in distress needs optimal conditions to recover.
