I found a glass company on this side of town, Noble Custom Glass and Mirror, Buford, that seems very reasonable. I recently had 4 baffles made of 1/4" glass 11 3/4'' by 13", 15", 15", and 14" for $32 plus tax. I just picked up two more this morning 11 3/4" by 12" for $18 plus tax.

And Darren, you got pictures of the sump you put together?

I just rebuilt my sump, a 20L. My 1st attempt was 5 baffles (3 over, 2 under) at 1" distance (the 1st 'over' baffle was 3" to fit foam filter). The flow seemed to suck the bubbles down since I had a Mag 18 as my return. The result was a reduction in bubbles, but not enough.
I rebuilt it with 1.5" spacing which had the effect of slowing down the water enough to trap all of the bubbles. It works fantastic, not a single bubble in my tank.

I used 1/4" plexiglass from Lowes ~$26 worth (2 sheets 18"x24").

Here's a couple of pictures of the one I recently put together. I put the first and third baffles in first since they go all the way to the bottom and I figured it would be easier to get my hands all the way to the bottom. With the tank on end, I held the middle baffle in place with pieces of 2x4, marked the outside of the tank with it in place, then removed it and put a thick bead of silicone where it was supposed to go, then put it back in and used a dowell rod to smooth it out.

Yes, and make sure if you get any there or elsewhere you ask them to polish all the edges.
