Sump Lighting

What type of lighting are you using in your sump? I like a lot of cheato growth in the fuge and I have just been using a 120 watt light for the last 2 years. Looking for a more clean setup now and was wondering if this setup will work and still yeild good growth in the fuge.

Sounds inefficient, I use a 26w cfl floodlight with great results.

What inefficient about it? This is where I have trouble understanding. Your using a 26watt light and I would be using 3 20watt lights. Would this not net similar or better results? Im just trying to find something that looks cleaner and still new good growth.

The halogen bulbs are less efficient at producing light than a florescent bulb. (more heat less light) not to mention a 6500k light will better than the super low Kelvin of the halogen
