sump noise

What is the best way to eliminate the noise of the water draining to the sump. I have a 4 inch filter sock and 1 inc drain line going into an eshopps rs 75 sump. is there baffles i can put in the filter sock? any help would be greatly appreciated.

avove the water. can i put them into the water? that would make changeing the filter sock interesting

I extended my overflow line to about two inches below the water line. It made a big difference.

I have a solution. I spent about 10 minutes tonight typing out the instructions and accidentally hit the back button before posting my reply. So, I'd rather not spend another 10 minutes writing it out again. You or anyone is free to PM me with your number and I'll be more than happy to call you and describe what I did. It's pretty simple but it worked for me.
