thanks jbadd. but my tank has dual over flow boxes.. but thas somethig to give me a idea..

Nope not mad or rude.

You posted that you wanted pics to get an idea of what to do. So I posted a couple of links for you to LQQK at, did you? There are plenty to choose from.

Then someone posted a pic for you but now you are saying you have 2 overflows to which is fine but I would have said that in the first post.

It really does not change much. Some do a sump with return pump in the middle and tee off the drains. If you have 2 drains just put one in the PS side and the other in the fuge side. If the flow is too much in the fuge side then tee it off and dump most in the PS side.

I have a bean animal setup which is 2 draining drains and one emergency drain all dumping in the PS side. Most people flow the sump from one side to the other. You can make it as simple or as complicate as you like.

Most use either ¾” or 1” for a return and ¾” for a drain. On my 75 I had ¾” return and 1-1/4 drain with a mag7. On my 120 I have a mag 9.5 on 1” and 3 drains that start as 1” but converts to 1-1/2”

The sump below is pictured in my signature link, which is soon to change. Does it LQQK familiar? It’s one of the tanks I bought from you. Soon I will be on sump #4. The 2nd one for this tank. You will build what you want the first time and then want to change it later.

Nice links eagle.

Where is a good source for glass baffles locally - specifically north Metro Atl?

or

Can I get away with using .220 acrylic sheets from Home Depot as baffles?

my baffles are triple strength glass but yes you can use ¼” lexan. Depending on wide it is it could bow slightly. You could double it up on the return end if it bows too much. I used ½” lexan on my SW mixing station and on my internal overflow box.
