Well to start with I am a DIY kindaguy and so building my own sump fuge and stand was a great concept. Well just finished the baffles and no one will ever see this :yuknot as easy as I thought to use silicone). I will be replacing this mess in the future with acrylic as I know I can do that. :lol2:

Mine also looks a mess, it also will be closed up in an cabinet. I just refinished my 20 gal tall sump/ref again. I did it a couple of months ago and then read where I used the wrong silicone. After cutting out all the silicone and I went ahead and ripped out the original glass silicone also, I redid the whole tank (glass tank, acrylic baffles) I'm leak checking it now(it's setting on the front porch with different levels of water in the sections to see if there is any leak throughs). I modified an old dry sink for a tank stand, looks good if I say so myself. Will post pic's soon, BassPro is starting their Hunting Classic this weekend and days off are few until after.
