ok i have been useing beonic two part calcium and buffer but i no absalutly nothing about magnisium i want some from brs but i dont now which kind to get or how to use it any help would be thankfully recieved lol. also anyone have a cheap test kit for alk and mag.

Not sure what is your budget for a test kit but I wouldn't skim on a test kit. Inaccurate results will lead you to believe in something that could be devastated to your tank. I recommend Salifert test kits if you don't have one already.

so what mag supplement do i need from brs they have 2 different types and i dont have a clue as to which to get.

If you're already dosing with the ESV B-Ionic 2-Part, you could try their MG supplement that goes with the 2-Part. I use the ESV MG on my tank and really like it. Seems more potent than others I tried.

And if this is on your 29g, the 32oz. bottle would last a LOONNNGGG time (unless your MG is severly depleated to begin with) becuase it shouldn't require constant dosing.

Like was mentioned above though, don't skimp on the test kit. MG is a little tricky to test.

yea its for my 231 total 320 gal system i curently use b-onic 2 part. tks ill try the mag cloride.
