I've been in the hobby for just over a year and I'm S-T-I-L-L</em> learning the terminology. It occured to me how much easier it would be if there were a page on our site offering definitions for all the abbreviations and acronymns and such that we regularly use on this site (and others) to help newbies. Maybe somewhere in the ARCapedia where members could add info? I didn't realize how frustrating this can be until I was emailing back and forth to someone brand new to the hobby and he kept asking me "what does that mean?" and "what does that stand for?". This site is BY FAR my largest source of learning and I have gained more helpful information here than everyone and everything else I've tried combined. I just thought this might be a helpful addition to our site to assist newbies in feeling more knowledgeable about the lingo. If something like this is already in place, let me know -- I wasn't able to find anything, but maybe I'm not looking in the right place.

BTW</em>, thanks to all our members for being so willing to help those less informed. It makes this site very comfortable to visit when you're in a crisis or unsure of what to do next without feeling like a total dink! :clap:
