T5HO Bulb Selection

Not a T5 guy as I've always used them for actinics only. Putting (4) 48" over my 75 for the time being (while the LED war wages on). Softy/LPS and only 20" deep and I want maximum wow factor. Thinking of going all Gieseman and doing (1) pure actinic, (2) Aquablue+, and (1) Midday. Opinions/suggestions?

It's 90 pages but it has tons of pics and par readings and information about different T5 bulb combos.

I run 2 ATI Blue+, 1 UVL Super Actinic, and 1 Fiji Purp.

GrimReefer on RC (look for the T5 thread in the equip forum, it's a million pages long) is pretty much the man there.

I'd go with:

ATI Blue +
Fiji Purple (or ATI Purple +. I just replaced my FP with the ATI and it is a great replacement at a lower cost)
ATI Blue +
GE 6500k Daylight

The Blue Plus bulbs are so incredibly versatile you could literally run 4 of them in a fixture and it would look cool. But to keep things balanced and pop some reds a bit, I'd add the purple and white.

I've actually thought about switching out the UVL Super Actinic with a daylight bulb like that because my tank is so blue.

Where is everyone picking up ATI's. I've surveyed several sponsors along my normal path and eveyone seems to only have Coralife. I know BRS has them but has anyone found them local.
