i cleaned one of the sides of my tank yesterday and ever since i've turned my lights on this morning, he has not stopped going back and forward trying to destroy his reflection, it's driving me insane.

Is there any way to get this fish to stop?!?!!

Is he nipping at the glass? They do graze algae off the glass. Mine do it all the time.

tell him he has been bad and youre gonna put him in timeout if he doesnt shape up!

but seriously, if he is just attacking his reflection he will be ok, this is fairly common for tangs. Once he gets use to seeing his reflection he will prob calm down. I had a powder blue that absolute despised the mag float in the tank and went after it everytime i cleaned the glass

i just dpn't want it to stress it self.. but it just looks so stupid trying to cut the glass with its scalpel...

Edit: and trust me, its eyes have the white circle around em and he's in kill mode.. -facepalm-

wow that last edit made no sense..

And trust me, it's not grazing algae. It has the white circles around its eyes and it's in attack mode.

this is an achilles tang btw, so it is an normally aggressive fish

i just moved around the aquascape and it finally chilled out. thanks guys :)!
