Tang health

In the last couple years I've lost 2 tangs to the same thing. Now, I'm not sure what the deal is but they both ate like pigs, nori 3ish times a week and mysis daily. It seems that in both cases they
Never stopped eating and all of a sudden one day they look terribly skinny and die off the next day. In both instances all other fish are fine. Water quality is optimum. I'm thinking either a parasite or I might not be feeding enough nori. Any thoughts?

When I kept tangs I always had nori for them to graze on with a clip

Well he was eating nori when I left so maybe I can bring him back

Convict I've had him for a year. He was fine yesterday eating like crazy and today he's dwindled to nothing and dead

I had 3 Convits do this.

For some reason they all ate more then any other fish but started to fade away.

Well one did have Ich.

I fed 3 times a day and they would eat it all.

Not sure why at all

Convict tang... Now that's different. Hang in there with it. Not many people go that route...

Are you QT'ing them?
