I am in LA and got an email from my RKE at 10am that said the system communication has been lost. when i logged in via the net it said the faceplate has been detached from the system. if all of this is true then water is overflowing from my sump and nobody is home. my gf is trying to make it there but it will be a little while and once she gets there im not sure she can fix the problem..my siphon holes are clogged so the sump is likely to overflow. its a 210 tank and i estimate that 50+gallons would have spilled out already

can anyone familiar with the RKE go to my house (located in the paces club subdivision off hickory grove in Acworth) and investigate?

i have a dog in a cage right by the tank and am worried she is taking on water!!

I don't know the first thing about a RKE... and I'm in Canton, but if she needs help, let me know.

Everytime someone goes out of town man. WE buy all this equipment to keep us safe and it always fails when u guys really need it :yuk: I wish i was closer man i would def help out

Thanks Jenn - she just got home, said the tank was off but no water was leaking!!! yay! I had her unplug the head unit and plug it back in and she fired right up!! I am not sure what caused it but the return pump kicked back on and is ok for now - alot of the other systems are still off so im afarid it may do whatever it is its doing again very shortly. Its an RKE issue i beleive

If your siphon holes are clogged - you need to get that seen to - takes 2 minutes with a toothpick...

story of my life!! its cool momentarily but i was bracing for the absolute worst. im hoping her or her mom (in town for weekend) just tripped on a cord or something, not sure how that could have happened but makes me feel better to say it at least...

the siphon holes actually worked, the tank was off for several hours and no water on floor so i think they arent clogged - i tried the toothpick a while back but couldnt get it to fit in the tiny space i had - luckily i am replumbing in a couple weeks and can build in more safe guards. I just need to get thru today first!!
