Tank stand

I just ran a test fit of tank to stand and I have tiny tiny gaps between tank and stand on the sides and makes most full contact in the center. I emailed the manufacturer and they recommended no foam. Any idea how I can correct thus? Without the tank on the top is level and straight according to my straight edge used.

I'm assuming that the stand is diy, if that's the case, when you place the tank on the stand you can use little wooden shims and fill the gaps while making sure the tank stays level.

What is tiny? 1/32", 1/16" , 1/8"?

I'd say 1/32 on one side and larger on the other 2-3/16 maybe

Did you put the straight edge on the bottom of the tank and check it?

I did. The tank is straight. Its my plywood that's janky. I'm gonna try planing it.
