Teklight replacement ballast

I have a 48" 8 bulb Teklight fixture with a ballast that has blown out. It's only ~6 months old, so is possibly under warranty.

Does anyone have any experience with replacing a ballast in one of these? I'm quite sure I can replace the ballast, but I'm not sure who to contact first...
