Hi there,
My 140 gal tank has a glass top. My temps were running 80-82 so I had three AI fans installed in the canopy. two blowing in and one drawing out. They work great if I leave the glass top open. But with the top closed, the tank runs warm again. So I think I need to trade out the glass top for a mesh top. Where can I buy one of those? How do you all deal with it?
Appreciate your advice

I have a discount code if you go with a Kraken Reef lid for 10% off. If you decide to go that route lmk. The most cost effective is a DIY kit though

I’ve personally never used one, although I should have by now since I have 2 tanks without lids. There are the Red Sea kits, I’ve heard of people going to Home Depot/Lowes and getting window screen and plastic strips and doing it that way, I even saw someone used plastic egg crate with the inside cut out and ~2” of a border with mesh covering the hole in the middle.

I got clear netting on Amazon, and hardware from Home Depot. Couldn't get inside corners but a friend 3D printed me some.

If you have tall enough canopy, you can go without the glass top perhaps. That’s what I did when I have larger tanks.
