I just got a Regal tang today! Love him! I always have territorial issues for some reason! My Algae blenny is chasing the Regal with his mouth wide open. Can the Algae blenny do any damage to him?

75 gallons, and the algae blenny is about 4-5 inches and the regal is about 2-2 1/2 inches. I put a piece of live rock in the display tank that came from the sump; just to throw off the algae blenny.

Put the Blenny in the Sump... Rearrange your rock and let the Regal get adjusted for a few days then add the Blenny back into your DT... O'yea, Start putting away($$$) for a bigger (100g +) tank... You will need it...

Well, the lights just went out, so I will just move around some of the rock, the Blenny only seems to mess with him when the Regal gets in his space.

I just got my 75...that's not going to happen. The tang will be fine for a while...he's little.

This last time I grabbed him and threw him in the sump for a week. When I got him out he had Ich. Im guessing the stress lowered his immunity and let an existing Ich population in my tank bloom. Now all my fish are in a hospital tank getting treated but are getting along just fine...

Oh gosh! The Regal that I just got broke out into ich a few days ago...it was horrible! He is almost ich free now! 1-2 spots left! Good luck! Turn lights out! Feed food with garlic, that seemed to work for me!
