Concur! My favorite place to visit when I'm in the Atlanta area. Customer service is what it's all about. There is a reason why I keep returning; I feel as though I'm part of the family when I walk into RIT's place. I've seen it time and time again while visiting; RIT won't sell you something you don't need. I've witnessed this while RIT was talking with other customers as I browsed the store.
