The do it by volume. At one time the count a sample and then take that average and assume that every volume of that amount will have that number of pods.

Thanks Ralph
I may need to set up a Facebook . I have sent her PM's on Reef 2R and off her website with no replies . It's only 50$ but I thought since I had ordered about 5 other times she would want to reply to a good paying customer. . Looks like I will set up a page tonight : )

Looks like Reef2go is having a BoGo sale on their pods FYI.. I think I am going to pull the trigger and try them out. Anyone want in over the next few hours and can combine an order? I am in the Loganville area and will place for Tuesday delivery I guess.

To clarify.. Looks like their pods at 1/2 price and then BoGo on top of that. So 2000 pods is $25 plus shipping. (Instead of normal $50+)

Have been ordering from them for several years........then they went down hill. Read all the mouse type on the delivery information. You will get a multitude of the amphiapods but what you need are the pods and they are almost non existant in in their packages. Trust me. or try and find out for yourself. The type that is best for reef tanks feeding mandarins and Wrasse is tisbe or something close to that spelling they live on the floor and in the rocks VS swimming around,

Well do to a problem shipping (FedEx problem not Reef2Go) I will have A LOT of extra pods coming. I will say that so far Reef2Go customer service seems to be ok. I was really worried that they would be hard to get a hold of given they told me that it could take a week to get an e-mail reply and that they use facebook to communicate. But I did get them on the phone.

So to make a long story short. I will have 4-6 bags of pods for sale. If you want to try them out, how about $20 per bag of 1000? (would also consider coral trades) That is about what I got into them with shipping which was not covered in my reshipment but I was able to save some of the pods in my other order. They should be in next week sometime. Pick-up will be in Gwinnett area (Loganville). I will not deliver outside of Lawrenceville/Snellville area.

I'll take 2 bags. I was just thinking about ordering. Let me know when they show up.

Ya got it.. I am just waiting for a shipping confirmation. Their customer service sucks something major. This will be the last time I order from them for sure.
