The end of this video has me stumped

ok this is a demonstration of making a frag from a single polyp.. no big deal.. buts the deal with the floral pink plug and iodine at the end?

Anyone?

iodine is there to prevent infection of the wound and im assuming using the floral plug to hold it is just a matter of preference over using a regular frag plug

Edit: or more likely he uses the floral plug to keep the frag in contact with the iodine solution while its healing since you cant do that with a normal plug
