here is the final product of my tank and the drilling.

the red is the closed loop intake they will both be 1.5" diameter
the green is the closed loop return they will all be 1.5" diameter
the blue is the sump intake they will both be ??????????????
the brown is the sump return they will both be ??????????????
the closed loop will be on a reeflo barracuda (4500gph) that will be attached to a oceans motions 4-way oscillating device
someone give me some suggestion on what the last two returns should be. the return pumps from the sump will be Iwaki WMD30RLXT (900gph)
