A short while back, I posted what I thought was a really cool shot of my Green Hairy Mushroom.

About a week ago, I noticed that he was trying to split.

Today, I dropped a few pellets on it to see if it would ball up, like it has in the past.

Sure enough, there's day light (rock really) separating the two.

While I know that softies are easy to take care of, I still enjoy seeing them feeling good enough to replicate.

I've been dosing the tank to get the magnesium up to where it should be and all sorts of good things have been happening. Things are getting more and more color to them and plumping up, etc..It's been nice to see things go from just happy to REALLY happy.

my rhodactis are closing up and splitting. and I haven't a clue why.

I had a green Ricordia split this week like that , very cool pics.
Those are beautiful mushrooms

Those pictures are amazing! What kind of camera are you using to take those shots?

The first one (the best one imo) and the second one were taken with, are you ready, an iPhone 4. Nothing special. Just an iPhone.

The third and fourth were with a Samsung Galaxy 3. Again, nothing special.
