Thrive frag tree - help!

Does anyone use the suction cup version? If so, how do you get it to stay on the side? I've picked my frags up off the sand twice in the past hour!

Suction cups and reefs tanks don't mix well. Try and pick a spot with low flow. Make sure the glass is really clean, no algae. Make sure there are no air bubbles trapped in the cup.

I was having trouble getting a maxi jet to stay in place in my fuge a few weeks ago. It tooks 5 or 6 times of trying different setups with the pump. Now its no problem once I found the sweet spot. Hasn't moved in weeks.

I have the "Thrive" tree. Don't push the suction cup flat to the glass and make sure that the glass is clean

We could never get those frag trees to stick properly at the store either. We just gave up on them after a while.

Gotcha. Thanks everyone! Turns out if I switch to a medium flow rate it sticks (sort of). I just don't like turning the ph's down that far.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a mid sized rack that will hold on 1/2" glass?

Eshoppes and thrive have both failed me now.
