I'm really trying to clean up my electric stuff on my tank, I have a few timers and it seems like the people who designed these have to be complete morons. Every timer I have is turned wrong or the outlet is on the sides keeping me from pluggin other things in. I have a brinks digital timer that has two outlets on it so one would assume that it could turn on each outlet at different times but no thats too much for 2010. What kind do you guys use and what are the best as far as taking up minimal space.

This is what i have powered up that need timing, My fan to come on an hour after the lights, lights x 2, fuge lights, and my led moonlights

See, RKL: CH1 - Fan (based on temp, not timer), CH2 - light, CH3 - light, CH4 - Fuge lights, LEDs stay on 24x7 or get the moonlight controller at a later date.

Nice and clean

If all you really care about are turning on lights and such, then digital timers from Home Depot work very well. I have a bunch of them that worked great until I got my controllers.

true thanks for the advice i guess if i bought four better timers that would be around 50 bucks so that could work rk lite it is

One of this APC computer things listed in the members only section but I'm not opposed to a controller in the future
