Would any one recommend against/for putting a Two Spot Goby in a 3.5G nano tank???

any thought on what fis if this guy is not a good choice?

clown, neon gobies, clown gobies, etc.

Easy way... go to LiveAquaria.com and check out what they have in their Nano Fish section.

thanks

i actually started there but there nano section all recommends 10 gallon... but i really like the two spot... looks very cool

Yeah... for a 3.5 gallon, you might be limited to something as small as a neon goby and some inverts.

I missed that part of your first post. Thats an EXTREMELY small tank.

those twin-spot gobies (4-wheel drive) are one of my favorites, but they always die off. I think they are very specific sand-sifters and won't do well in a nano. I think they must carry intestinal parasites too.
your best bet is a juvi clown

okies.... hehe love the sand sifters have a diamond head in my 20 gallon and love to just sit and watch

ok looks like a clown goby it is then... just really want something with Personality i had a yellow tail one time... sorry but it was about the most boring fish ever

yes i agree about the clown goby...only one though and maybe an anemone crab...check out nano-reef.com..lots of tiny tanks there to give ya some ideas

Sorry to hijack your thread, but according to liveaquaria.com a 10 gallon tank is big enough for a possum wrasse or pigmy wrasse (very small and timid.....

is a 6 gal Fluval Edge too small for one? That and a Citron Goby is all I was going to put in it as far as fish.....

Please advise

I have one in my 55G. It's a fairly slow moving and docile wrasse. I think you may be ok in a 6G given enough cover and suffecient food. Mine is out in the open usually but does like to hide if startled.

Got a pic of him Bobz?

They are some cute fish with lots of personality!
