Torch Coral Problem

Would anyone know what would cause a torch to look like this? It also has a bubble from its mouth on the right head. The bubble has been going down slowly. I think the torch got damaged on the rocks where it used to be but I am not sure.

It may be getting ready to split. It’s pretty common. Check your other torches though. If they seem to be doing well, splitting is probably what’s going on.

Yeah, the other torches are looking good. Would the splitting cause the tentacles to look like they do?
I know that this type of torch is more sensitive so I am unsure if there’s anything more I could be doing for it.

1.5 months later. Looking much better! It did split and the tentacles slowly got better in time.
