How do the pods get from the fuge to the main tank? Are they carried there naturally, or do I grab a scoop of water and do it myself?

Thus, why it's better to have a hang on back fuge (or really any that's above the water line). Pumps tend to mince larger pods.

is the sump over the tank???

I have seen where some have made a false wall in the DT with a bunch of holes so not to block flow and let the pods grow in the tank behind stuff but there tank did not have a sump.
