Hi. Initially I had an error saying Error Test A. Replaced reagent A and rebooted the Trident. Now, it says No Sample Water. Cleaned the line up until it goes into the Trident and rebooted again. Still the same error.

Anyone dealt with the same issue and was able to resolve it?

Please advise.

Did you check the line that goes from the base of the Trident to the pump? Also, if you take the top off can you see sample water flowing from the line into the cuvette?

The cuvette doesn't get filled. The pump inside is turning. Not sure how to check the line that goes from the out of the unit to the pimp.

Have you tried blowing hot water through the sample line? Disconnect the sample line from the back and force hot water through it with a syringe

If the cuvette never fills then there is a blockage between the base and cuvette. You can disassemble the Trident and separate that sample line from the pump and base (it has a disconnect). You can unfold a paper clip and push it through the line. There’s another line from the other pump to the cuvette that you can do the same with.
