Tunze ATO problems

So this morning I got up and found my tank water level low, the Tunze ATO stopped working

Of course I am about to leave in 30min on a business trip

If I unplug the tunze and plug back in, after 15 seconds or so the controller beeps over and over and every light on it flashes

Any idea what that means?
Is it the pump, I checked it and it appears to look ok, but I dont have time to test properly

I would call them - the US office probably won't be open, but maybe the german office can help?

Give them a call. The Tunze customer service is top notch... My first Tunze Ato kept giving me an overflow warning and the company replaced the unit, no questions asked.
