It’s a nice house but it has NO closets and it’s a little bizarre once you live in it but I absolutely love my neighborhood and this is a fantastic locationHa! We almost bought that house a few years ago! You got a nice house!

Wait, what? How no closets? Isn’t that how they determine a bedroom? It’s a nice house but it has NO closets and it’s a little bizarre once you live in it but I absolutely love my neighborhood and this is a fantastic location
Every bedroom has a closet but there’s not a coat closet, hall closet, storage closet, pantry...nothing. Not even a place for vacuum, mops, brooms...so the enclosed deck is a catch all.Wait, what? How no closets? Isn’t that how they determine a bedroom?
Honestly I’m not worried about it. It doesn’t freeze here that often and certainly not without warning. If we are going to have a really cold snap there’s no reason I couldn’t keep a heater on it just like I do in the garage for paint and the screened in deck for our plants. I wouldn’t have it outside if I still lived in Chicago, I just feel like we can make it work. Watched a series of YouTube videos today done by a pro water station builder and he does them outside all the time he said. Just going to have to be vigilant with keeping it thawed if it gets cold. If freezing temps are forecast no reason I can’t roll my saltwater Brute into my house and empty my fresh water tank into some buckets for a few days. idk, just going to have to see how it goes. If it doesn’t work we’ll have to figure something else out, or move LolOne option would be something like this: https://www.amazon.com/Wall-Mount-Space-Heater-Panel/dp/B07BN2TH5V/
I don't think it gets hot enough to melt the "shed". Just put one in our water closet and it puts out tons of heat. I'm sure there are smaller/cheaper ones to be had. I just can't see having that outside working well... if that RO/DI unit freezes, you'll be buying a lot of filter parts, etc. Just a thought...
But I am still jealous!! I have to haul my unit out from under the bathroom sink and screw it to the faucet every time I need to make water (of course, you have a LOT more volume to deal with than I do! : )

Oh ok... lol. I was so confused.Every bedroom has a closet but there’s not a coat closet, hall closet, storage closet, pantry...nothing. Not even a place for vacuum, mops, brooms...so the enclosed deck is a catch all.
I looked this heater up and it's pretty nifty, I'll have to keep it in mind. Now if I could find and equally swift cooling unit for the summer I'd be all set!!One option would be something like this: https://www.amazon.com/Wall-Mount-Space-Heater-Panel/dp/B07BN2TH5V/

I love you Leo! Thanks!OH - forgot to add - an incandescent light bulb hanging in that space will generate enough heat to prevent your RODI setup from freezing. Turn it on before freezing temps and it should be fine.
Thanks Ron! I appreciate you caring about our successYah, I realized after I posted that a heater in the water vessel would probably handle everything. You’d just need to seal the hole for the power cord well, to keep out bugs. That heating panel I posted gets way too hot for the plastic shed by the way - the one in our bathroom it too hot to touch!
I’d like to know how it works out!!
So it is cold again, we put a small space heater into the water station shed and it works like a charm!
Ron! Why are you sorry? It's nice to have people who give feedback because they want to see you succeed!!OK, OK - sorry for the unnecessary paranoia!
Glad it worked!!
How's the hubby's back???

His back is better but not 100%. The fracture will heal sooner than the discs. Thanks for asking!
