Ok, so around 2-3 months ago, I bought some Caulerpa(on line).
My big tank wasn't ready yet, so when it came in, i just threw it in this 10g tank. This was a fry tank, no longer in use, but still set up.
It has one of those little corener filters that run with an airline and an airstone.

Ok, so a couple of months and I haven't done water changes or top-offs.
The only thing in there are some macros, right? Wrong! A couple of days ago, I am pulling the caulerpa out to put in the big tank and I come across this little fella! Either a dwarf or juvenille Pipefish!

How cool is that??:yay:

That's the plan, after he is dewormed! I have been debating on getting some of these. Now that I know they are pretty hardy, I may get a few more.

The pipefish? Or do you mean the seahorse in my avatar? No, either way, but she is doing great!

Good question, I assume there were lots of pods in with the Caulerpa. I added more pods and started hatching some brine for him.
