What is the best way to identify if my corals are healthy and getting enough food. Should I be supplement feeding them. If so what do you recommend. Thanks

I several different types of mushrooms, zoas, montipora and some others I don't know what they are. They are hard corals.

I normally look for good colors, extendted polyps and new growth. I don't feed mine directly. Just keep up with regular water changes.

120G tank water changes every two weeks 15g colors look good. i don't think I have any problems just wondering if I need to be doing anything additional. Some of the polyps don't always open up.

Cyclopes (is that correct spelling?) would be best for feeding your corals. If you decide to go this route you need to shut off all pumps and power heads to allow your corals to eat for around 10-15 minutes.

How often do I feed
