UP DATE Robb's special LED deal

all three of my LED fixtures seem to be getting dimmer by the day and my corals are slowing down in their growth. I am clueless as to what to do that won't bankrupt me again. Any one have this happen is their an easy way I can up date or add more lights? Bubba:sad:

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think they were called MM fixtures. Short for member modified. I have no experience with them but several members have or had them with somewhat mixed reviews.

I already have the Apex setup for auto on and off, what would be your suggestion so that I can still utilize that equipment

I would suspect the driver's are finally going out. Drivers can be replaced pretty cheaply compared to all new lights. JMO

I second Reefbreeders. I could not be happier with my photon 48.

Just throwing this out if you need to buy. I am happy with my RapidLED Onyx fixtures. Apex controllable.

But... replacing the drivers is the least expensive route.

If you decide to go the "replace driver" route....let me know....I've got a few Meanwell drivers that will probably work.

Not sure how to take that Haha, does it really mean nah nah nah nah naaaaa naaaaaa....you asking for help from us now. I am not asking the group to help me but for their valued opinion on what is going on out there in the lighting world........just as I was doing 2 years ago when Robb solicited me to do his light deal. Being a novice I fell for it.........I have gotten 2 years of lighting for my $ and now I will pay again I got just what I paid for and now I am once again asking for the groups experience with this light issue. MM's are a touchy subject here. It was very entertaining about two years ago, well unless you bought one or a few.

I bought three , when they started blinking I just wrapped them along the side till they all were solid again. After a while it just stopped blinking. Now they are just dimming so looking for what is new and tried and true. Or some sort of add on or fix. Whatever.........you reap what you sew............!! and get just what you pay for. I bought 5 of them and have only had bulbs burning out. Other than that they work fine for me.
