Update on high temperatures in 90 gallon

There is a Massey 7" clip on fan that turns on with the MH lights. At around 8:00 the temperature fell to 79.9 and I felt most relieved. Darn it though I didn't think of computer fans and may look into it later.

I took note to watch for evaporation issues and probably down the road will invest in a chiller. It seems worth it and if anyone has suggestions to the brand that is quiet and doing a good job I will appreciate it.

Having the same problem you do - and not being able to solve it with fans, I purchased a used Arctica chiller that I finally hooked up today to my 125g. It is very quiet and only runs now and then to maintain the temp. Of course, I expect it to run more often as the weather gets warmer. So far, so good.
