We currently have our maximum picture size set at 2mb. This is so it doesn't effect the speed of the site since we are so photo driven.
While we work on a inline compression method. There is a great option to either comress the picture on the website below (it does not require you to upload or create an account). Or you can download (for free) auto comression software and comress thevpictures it in bulk.
