Urgent Help Needed

I'm day 3 in my reefer 450 build and my sump cracked catastrophically on the bottom. Is there anyone in the ARC who is skilled at glass sump fabrication who could help me? I'm willing to pay for your time. i need to install an pane of glass and seal it with silicone. I'm located in Smyrna.

Search it on YouTube its really simple just get a local glass shop to cut it for you and set and seal

Replacing isn't exactly simple. Resealing the secondary seal is simple. You've got to deconstruct the whole thing to replace the piece.. It might be easier to buy a new one. maybe just grab a 20g or 30g tank and use it until you get the real sump fixed or a suitable replacement.

Who did you buy it from? I would Contact Redsea. You would be surprise what they will help you out with.

I bet Redsea will replace it, talk with your Lfs or with them directly.
