So I noticed my mp40 driver was blinking. Took the wet side off and cleaned it up, gave a vinegar bath. The propeller is tough to spin....is the wet side wasted or is there something I can do to fix it? Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

Try taking the wet side apart and clean everything. I pull mine apart every few months. It can't hurt.

They sell a little tune up kit that includes some spacers/washers and a new prop. good idea to replace once a year or so. and take it fully apart as stated.

I had that happen as well. I removed the magnet/propeller assembly and saw there was some calcium carbonate buildup on the white shaft. A few drops of muriatic acid took care of it.

So the larger wet dry shaft was stuck on the ceramic bearing, the other 3 vortechs I have use the smaller dry shafts. Trying to remove the ceramic bearing it broke, time to order some new parts.
