Apex would kill me for this but... support is extremely helpful between the hours of 9-5 PST lol. They know some stuff the guides don't cover thoroughly.

Lol! Nice!

Everything is up and running. Not a single problem programming. The guides were very user friendly. The only thing that is Chinese to me is setting my router and apex up for web use. I have taken a break from that and now cleaning all power heads and pumps and then on to tackle the wire mess. Next week I will attempt the web part.

It got cold here last night (below freezing). Well the house heater was not on and the tank hit 76 and the alarm went off. Of course I didn't hear it but my wife did and it scared the bejesus out of her. She woke me up in such a panic. Lol

i have one and i can help if you need me to just shoot me pm i had mine working with my cell at one time

Lucky she didn't grab one of those side arms and blow a hole in the tank. :-)

John I will take you up on that. I tried to call the support and they didn't answer the phone. Lol. I will send you a pm when I get ready. I think I need to sign up for an account at dyndns.com. As soon as I do that I will hit you up.

Rich I would cry like a baby. Lol

My favorite Apex story is when it got cold the first time and I got an email alert at work that the temp had hit 76. Turns out my one heater wasn't enough. I was able to tell my wife where my mixing heater was, have her plug it in to an open apex port, and tell me which port she put it in. Then I was able to remotely program that port and all was well.

My wife's response was "I'm so glad you got this thing. Already worth the money."

I hope my wife will say the same. I'm waiting for the time I catch her just playing with the app on the iPad (turning things off and on). Lol.

Can I give you my wife's cell number???? Or better yet, can I give you my wife and a few kids???? Then I can buy what ever I want. :-)

I'm not chasing that number. I have to many other numbers to chase. Lol. The only way I can get that number up is by opening the windows.

O I dont think anything is wrong with that. I just think mine is way to high!

I tell you when I first began I chased that number like crazy. I got fed up and just quit one day. Plus it was costing to much. Lol. Now if I want it up I just raise the window. Lol
