water box

Thanks jc the fun part for me is visiting and finding places in my travels and meeting other people in the hobbie from all over .

Well before I headed out this morning I looked at the water box with a a flashlight and found a large bristol worm. Since my gobies are smaller than the worm and I couldn't catch the worm with my tweesers before it retracted back into the rock I had to pull the rock out. So I pulled the rock and have herd the nasty things will leave the rock if freshwater diped I tried it (the worm died) a little nasty looking crab did leave the rock which will not be added back to the system . So having deceased worm in the rock I couldn't put it back so I replaced it with a piece of base rock so the pistol shrimp will have something to call home.
On a positive note I have replaced the t5 with a par 38 20k bulb

alt="" />picture of the tank with the replacement rock . I was smart enough to drill a few holes in the rock for the gorgs this time and added the mushroom leather to one of the holes also. So far the orange spot gobie hasn't found his pistol buddy but the rest of the fish are dooing great. The pair of cleaner gobies have been hanging out in the barnicle.

alt="" />thought this was a cool picture . the bee shrimp is checking out the new featherduster.

The tank is really looking nice. I think it would be cool to have 3-5 rock anemones in it.... and plus it is the breeding season for them lol. just my opinion. but i love the rock work and all the gobies!!! So do you live in Atlanta? i seen that you said you travel?

I really like the rock nems and have a great connection for them, but the small gobies in the tank might wind up as nem food if I added any to the tank. Im in Butler kind of between Macon and Columbus. I drive an 18 wheeler making deliveries to south Florida in the Miami area a couple of times a week . If I get the time I usually see if there is a store close by and try to check it out.

Thanks Camellia the citron is eating like a champ and anoying the duncan , it really lkes to sit on top of it. The sand sifting star is in the center beside the green leather. The bee shrimp is a little to the right of it.

Didn't really like the new rock I put on the sand bed so I cut a piece of 1.5 inch pvc T in half pushed it to the back wall and added a few barnacles. Also added a new pally and blue spot mushroom where the lps were.
