Wattage Meter

Hi all.
I was wondering what wattage meters yall recommended and if there were any local places such as lowes or home depot that sold them.

I am wanting to track how much energy my tank is using.

Harbor Freight frequently has coupons for a free one with other purchase If you can't find a coupon, I think they're usually $10 or less.

Your public library should have one that you can take out just like a book. Call em!

Just last month I used it to determine the wattage on my window a/c.

Both and Home Depot sell the "Kill-O-Watt" whish is just what you are looking for. But I like the library idea.
