I am so excited!! After months of prep work and reading, a seemingly endless time cycling, and waiting for my family to get back in town so my daughter could pick out her "Nemo" we finally have the first two fish for our reef. They are both doing great in quarantine and I look forward to adding them to the main display in a week or so if everything looks good. My wife was making fun of me last night, but I just sat in front of the QT tank for an hour watching them swim around with a big smile on my face, and the best part, my daughter and son sat right next to me watching them. My children are only 3 and 2 but I see this as a fun way to have some good quality family time. Up next, getting the parameters in line so I can start adding some coral!!
